A complaint was filed against 23-year-old Aptap Musalman of Yashodhara Rural Municipality-4 at the District Police Office on 18 November accusing him for the rape of a 19-year-old girl. The aggrieved party alleged that the accused raped her on November 9, 2024. As the accused remains at absconding, search efforts are ongoing, according to DSP Mohanmani Adhikari of the District Police Office.
The health examination of the victim was done on 16 November at the Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
