Twenty-six-year-old Kristi Rajbanshi from Sunbarsi Municipality-4 has been missing along with her three-year-old daughter, Naira Das, since October 7, 2024. Although the aggrieved party filed a report at the Rangeli Area Police Office on October 9, 2024, they alleged that the police have not shown any interest in searching for the individuals.
Amit Kumar Das, the husband of Kristi, held a press conference in Biratnagar on October 22 and expressed that they reported to the police on October 9 to search for his missing wife and daughter, however, the police have not shown any interest in finding them. Even after two weeks of his wife and daughter being missing, the police have not provided any information about their whereabouts.
The Rangeli Area Police Office has reported that they are searching for the missing individuals by providing their descriptions to all police units.
Krishiti Rajbanshi and her daughter went missing on October 7 while traveling from her parental home in Baluwahi, Belbari Municipality-8, to her husband’s house in Sunbarsi Municipality-4, Kashijan. Her husband, Amit Kumar Das, urged for her search during a press conference in Biratnagar on October 22.
