Police arrested 41-year-old Prem Prasad Kafle of Sainamaina Municipality-6, Durga Mandir on16 October for the charge of sexually abusing a 15-year-old minor. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Saljhandi on 13 October alleging that the accused had sexually abused the victim on 9 October.
The health examination of the victim was done at the Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal on 13 October.
