A 16-year-old boy was arrested by the police on September 10 on the charge of sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl.
The Aggrieved party filed a complaint at the district police office on September 10, stating that the accused had sexually assaulted the victim on September 8. DSP Hari Bahadur oli of District Police Office informed INSEC that based on the complaint filed, the accused has been arrested and further investigation is underway.
The medical examination of the victim was done on September 10 at Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihwa.
