Police arrested 19-year-old Kapil Gurung, 22-year-old Saroj Pokharel and 17-year-old boy of Badganga Municipality on 24 July for the charge of raping a 14-year-old minor.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Pipara on 23 July alleging that the accused had raped the girl on 20 July. DSP Hari Bahadur Wali of the Area Police Office, Pipara informed INSEC that they arrested the accused based on the same complaint and further investigation is underway.
The health examination of the victim was done on 23 July at Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
