Police arrested 21-Year-old Nabin Raj Baduwal of Kanasundari Rural Municipality-6, Jumla on 23 July for the charge of raping 16 Year old girl.
Inspector Poshan Thapa of the District Police Office informed that the aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Kalikot, on 22 July alleging that the accused had raped the victim on 20 July.
Inspector Thapa reported that the accused was arrested on 23 July from the Zero Point at District Headquarters Manma and has been kept in police custody for investigation.
The Health examination of the victim was done at District Hospital on 22 July.
