A complaint has been filed against 18-years-old boy at the District Police Office on 11 June for Raping his 11-year-old sister.
The aggrieved party in their complaint have alleged that the accused had raped the victim on 10 June. Inspector Ishwari Adhikari of the District Police Office informed INSEC that the accused has been arrested and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 11 June at Arghakhanchi Hospital, Sindhikharka.
