The aggrieved party filed a complaint against Umesh Mahara, 20, of Naraha Rural Municipality-4, at the District Police Office, Siraha, on May 5 for the charge of sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl.
They alleged that the accused sexually abused the girl on May 2. The health examination of the victim was done 5 May at Provincial Hospital, Siraha.
DSP Muktinath Sapkota of the District Police Office Siraha informed that the search for the absconding accused is going on.
