Bipendra KC, Chief of the health branch of Badigad Rural Municipality, accused that the activists of the Revolutionary Communist Party of Nepal smeared him with black substance on his way to his office on January 21.
DSP Madan KC of District Police Office Baglung informed that the identity of the person who smeared black on Chief KC has not yet been revealed, and the investigation is ongoing.
The Revolutionary Communist Party of Nepal Baglung issued a statement that action was taken as he played with the health of the students and citizens in the game of the commission by purchasing expired medicines cooperating with the Chairperson of Badigad rural municipality and the Chief of the health branch.
The statement mentions that the action was taken because despite the people’s opposition after distributing and feeding the expired medicine, the chairperson and officers of the Rural Municipality were not accountable to the people by misappropriating the funds.
