35-year-old Rupesh Sarraf of Kalaiya sub-metropolitan city-1 was fatally shot by a group of unknown people on October 30, 2023.
Principal Sarraf of Bal Ekata English Boarding School was shot by a group of four unidentified assailants who arrived on two motorcycles in Marsada Tole, Kalaiya Sub-Metropolitan-6.
The principal, who sustained four gunshot wounds on his chest and head, could not receive treatment at the provincial hospital and was subsequently transferred to Bayedha Hospital in Birgunj. He lost his life on October 30 while undergoing treatment.
DSP Dadhiram Neupane of the District Police Office, Bara, has stated that the police suspect the involvement of four individuals in this incident. In addition, DSP Neupane said that further investigation into the incident is going on.
