The District Court sentenced 6 months imprisonment to 14-year-old boy on October 11 after finding him guilty of raping an 11-year-old girl.
Ramprasad Acharya , Administrative Officer District Court informed that the bench of honorable Judge Shri Krishnajung Shah sentenced 6 months imprisonment to the accused and Rs. 50,000 Compensation from the government relief fund to the victim.
The aggrieved part filed a complaint at the District Police Office on March 28, 2023 alleging that the accused had raped the victim on March 4.
Police arrested the accused from his home on April 7 and registered a case in the court on charges of coercion through the District Public Prosecutor’s Office on April 10.The Court handed the accused child to his parents.
The health examination of the victim was done on March 28 at Arghakhanchi Hospital Sandhikharka.
