Aggrieved party filed a complaint against 22-year-old Nilesh Harijan of Tilotama Municipality-5, Luhathawa on September 24 at Area Police Office, Mirchawar accusing him of rape of a 16-year-old girl.
Resham Prasad Adhikari, Inspector, Mirchawar said that the victim filed a verbal complaint alleging that the accused had raped the her on September 21 and on the basis of the complaint, the accused was arrested on September 23. In addition, the investigation is being carried out.
The health examination of the victim was conducted on September 24 at Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa.
