The District Police Office registered a complaint against Mithlesh Kumar, 21, Sah of Dakneshwari Municipality-5, on June 22, 2023, for a charge of rape of a 30-year-old woman.
The victim accused Kumar of raping her, on April 25, 2023. The victim complained to the district police office on June 3, 2023.
The medical examination of the victim was done on June 3, 2023, at Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital. The district police office has registered a complaint and proceeded with the action. The accused has not been arrested yet.
