Students of Samata School, located in the headquarters of Gamgarhi, are in turmoil after the closure of the school Samata School. The school operating since 2018, shut down its operations on May 3, 223, leaving 130 students in trouble.
Run by Madan Bahadur Hari Bahadur Foundation, the Principal founder of the school, Uttam Sanjyal and Suardshan Poudel, established the school, which was run by Madan Bahadur and Hari Bahadur Foundation, to ensure access to education for children belonging to poor, Dalit, and underprivileged background.
Dharmabahadu Shahi, students will be able to study, said that the administration arbitrarily decided to shut the school just after five years of its operation, stating that they are finding it difficult to run the school
A transfer certificate is required for admission to other schools. The school is not in a position to provide that. School-level integrated educational management information system has not been implemented by secondary schools. Krishnamaya Malla, a parent, said that there is also a problem with enrolling their kids in other schools.
Samaundra Kumar Malla, Assistant Principal of Samata School informs that the school’s information system is not up-to-date, making it difficult to ensure enrollment of students in other schools.
