According to Registrar Ishwar Acharya, the bench of Judge Ritendra Thapa of Chitwan Court sentenced Kundan Shah, 19, of Teli of Khairhani Municipality-13, to 25 days imprisonment, on May 14, 2023, for the crime of sexual abuse of a 6-year-old girl.
On the same day, the victim’s mother filed a complaint at the local police office, Khairhani, saying that Teli had sexually abused the victim on February 20, 2023. Police arrested Teli on the same day.
The health examination of victim underwent a health examination at Bharatpur Hospital, on February 20, 2023.
The bench of Judge Ritendra Thapa released the accused on bail of Rs 50,000 on March 15, 2023.
