Police registered a complaint against Dilli Prasad Kandel, 35, of Jamalukhi Rural Municipality-7, on the charge of sexual abuse of a 14-year-old girl at the District Police Office on May 12, 2023.
Acting Information Officer and Inspector, Dharmajanj Thing, of the District Police Office informed that the victim’s family filed a complaint after the school canteen operator Kandel sexually assaulted the victim on May 10. The accused has absconded after the incident.
The girl underwent a health examination on May 12 at Dhading Hospital.
