The district police office Kalayanpur has registered a rape complaint against Feroz Mian, 35, of Shambhunath municipality, Alauddin Mian, 34, and Abhali Mian, 25, of Charapatti Municipality, Siraha, on May 7, 2023.
The victim filed a complaint against the accused on May 3 at the District police office in Kalyanpur, claiming she was gang raped after being taken from a mango orchard in Shambhunath Municipality To Rajpuria Khoria forest on May 7. The victim said the accused took control of her while collecting fodder grass for her cattle in the orchard.
The victim underwent a medical check-up at the Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital in Rajbiraj on May 7, 2023.
Senior Inspector Amiri Yadav of the Kalayanpur district police office said the search for the accused is ongoing, and no arrest has been made.
