Sarlahi District Court adjourned the case on the charge of rape of a 36-year-old woman against Dipesh Kumar Paswan, 40, of Bishnu Rural Municipality-8.
According to District Court Registrar Bishwanath Aryal, the bench of Judge Kamal Prasad Pokharel decided to adjourn the case registered on August 1, 2022.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Malangwa District Police Office on June 19, 2022, accusing Paswan of rape on June 5, 2022.
The district police office registered a complaint on June 27, 2022.
The health examination of the victim woman was done on June 27 at District Hospital Malangwa.
District Court Shrestedar Aryal informed that the accused has not been arrested yet.
