Police arrested a 14-year-old boy, from Lumbini on 22 April in the charge of rape of a five-year-old girl.
Aggrieved party had filed a complaint at the area police office on 21 April stating that the accused raped the girl on 20th.
As per the Inspector of the District Police Office, Lumbini, Gajendra Rawal, accused has been arrested and an investigation has been initiated based on the complaint filed.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted at Bhim hospital, on 21 April.
