Police has arrested Dipendra Nepali, 21, of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolital City-14, on 19 April in the charge of rape of a 14-year-old girl.
Aggreieved party filed a complaint at the area police office, Tulsipur, on 18 April alleging that the accused raped the victim on 17 April.
DSP of the Area Police Office, Pushpa Raj Malla informed that the accused has been arrested and the investigation is underway.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted at Rapti Provincial Hospital, Tulsipur, on 18 April.
