Aggrieved party complaint against Lakshman B.K, 21, of Chhatreshwari Rural Municipality-2 of Salyan District at the Local Police Office Tulsipur, on 7 April 2023, on the charge of rape of a 16-year-old girl.
The victim said that the accused, living in Tulsipur sub-municipality-18, raped her on 30 January in connection with her studies.
DSP Pushparaj Malla of the Tulsipur Area Police Office informed that the accused absconded after the victim filed a complaint.
The health examination of the victim was done at 7 April Rapti Provincial Hospital, Tulsipur.
