Court has rendered verdict imposing six months of imprisonment to Umesh Shrestha, 52, of Bardaghar Municipality-4, Bardaghat, in the charge of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl.
Aggrieved party had filed a complaint at the area police office on 8 March 2022 alleging that the accused sexually abused the girl. Accused was arrested by the police the same day.
District court had released the accused on the bail of NPR. 10,000 on 31 March 2022.
District Attrony Ram Chandra Pande informed that the bench of District Judge Prakash Dhungana rendered the verdict imposing six months of imprisonment and NPR. 5,000 fine on 3 March 2023.
