Ram Karan Siwa, 29, from Uttar Pradesh, Baliya, India, currently residing at Mahalaxmi Municipality-8, Lubhi has been arrested by the police on January 12, 2023, in the charge of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.
Victim’s side filed a complaint at district police station, Satdobato, alleging that the accused allured her, took her to his residence and secually abused her on January 5.
SP of the district police station, Prabin Pokhrel, informed that the accused who was hiding after the incident was later arrested from his own home and sent to the custody for further investigation.
As per doctor Ravi Shakya, Health checkup of the victim was conducted at Patan hospital on January 12.
