The District Court of Dhading has decided to sentence 30 year old relative on charge of raping 14-year-old girl.
The court has given a verdict to sentence him for 8 years in an offence of rape and additional 3 months for the incest. The victim will be provided with the compensation amount of Rs. 15000.
A complaint against the accused was lodged on March 12 at District Police Offic by the victim’s mother saying that the victim was raped by an accused on March 7.
Police had arrested the accused on April 4 and was remanded in custody as per the order of the court.
The victim underwent a health checkup at Dhading district hospital on March 12 according to police.
