Bishnu Acharya, 30, of Lamakhet in Jaljala Rural Municipality-4, who was arrested by District Police Office Parbat on November 24, 2021, on the charge of sexual abuse, has been re-arrested by the police on the same charge.
Acharya has been arrested by the police on May 27 on the charge of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.
Inspector Rajendra Adhikari of the District Police Office, Parbat told INSEC that the police had arrested him after the victim’s father lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Parbat on May 27 alleging that he had sexually abused the girl.
The girl was examined at the District Hospital, Parbat on May 28.
The accused had abused the victim by showing her explicit pictures on November 24 and a case of sexual abuse has been filed against the accused.
The district court released the accused on the bail amount of NPR 100,000 on December 14, 2021.
