A complaint was filed by a 29-year-old woman on March 16 at Hariwan Municipality-11 Police Station against Nabin Kumar Shah, 36, alleging rape.
According to Inspector Chandrakant Adhikari, the victim reported that the incident occurred on February 16. The accused is currently absconding, and the police are searching for him.
The victim underwent a medical examination on March 16 at Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa.
