Srijana Bhattarai, 33 of Thulapokhari VDC-2 has lodged a complaint against her husband Ganesh Prasad Bhattarai,33 on charge of polygamy at District Police Office on October 26. She accused her husband of marrying 19-year-old girl Durga Pandey of Bhagwati VDC-3.
The victim said that her husband married another girl on October 21 and demanded for action against him.
Based on a complaint lodged by the victim, the investigation has been initiated according to inspector Sujan Raj Bhandari of DPO.
