The police have arrested Ramlal Lodh, 20, of Mayadevi Rural Municipality-1, on charges of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl on February 16. The victim’s family filed a complaint at the Area Police Office on February 16. The incident took place on January 2. The victim underwent a medical examination on February 16 at the Bhim Hospital, Bhairawa.
