Police have arrested Santosh Katwal, 24, of Itahari Submetropolitan-4 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl. He was arrested on March 25, 2022.
The victim was raped on March 24, and the complaint was filed on March 25, immediately after which he was arrested.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted on March 25 at the District Hospital.
