A complaint against 32 years old Meharman Sambahamphe of Lumphang VDC-8 has been lodged at District Police Office on October 24 on charge of raping a 33 years old woman.
The victim woman had lodged a complaint at District Police Office on October 24 against the accused for raping her on October 22.
The accused was arrested by the police based on a verbal complaint lodged by the victim on October 23 according to SI Bishnu Prasad Khadka.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Panchthar on October 23.
