Police arrested, a 39-year-old step-father, permanently residing in Mānjhibasti, Ward No. 14, Chautara Sangachokgadhi Municipality, Sindhupalchok District and currently living in Geruwakhola, Ward No. 7, Mandandeupur Municipality, Kavre District on charges related to raping a minor.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the District Police Office on December 5, reporting that the incident occurred on December 3.
The minor underwent a medical examination on December 5 at Dhulikhel Hospital.
