For the upcoming House of Representatives elections, 15,622 new voters have been added in Dang. As of November 21, 5,905 people registered in person at the office, and 9,717 people were registered based on their National Identity Cards, totaling 15,622 new additions to the voter list, according to Gehendra Kunwar, Information Officer at the Lumbini Province Election Office, Dang.
The office stated that while the voter registration process is complete, the task of entering the registered voters’ details into the system is still ongoing. Previously, Dang had 416,886 registered voters.
