A 16-year-old girl’s family filed a complaint on November 13, 2025 at the District Police Office, Malangwa, against Manish Kumar Yadav, 24 of Parsa Rural Municipality–1 regarding a serious alleged offense that occurred on October 24.
The accused is currently absconding, and authorities are conducting a search, according to DSP Saroj Rai of the District Police Office, Malangwa.
The victim’s family stated that the accused has been pressuring them to resolve the matter locally and has made threats.
The girl underwent a health examination on November 13 at Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa.
