Police arrested a 17-year-old boy on October 25 for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on October 24, reporting that the accused had raped the victim on the same day.
The victim underwent a medical examination on 24 October at Prithivi Chandra District Hospital, Nawalparasi.
