Police arrested Rojan Musalman, 68, of Jahdi, Kapilvastu Municipality-11, on October 14 for the charge of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.
According to the complaint filed by the aggrieved at the Area Police Office, Pipara, on October 14, the accused had allegedly sexually abused the girl on October 10.
The victim underwent a medical examination at Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihawa, on October 14.
