Police arrested Sonam Sherpa,28, of Milan Chok,Suryabinayak Municipality-1, and originally from Gokulganga Rural Municipality-7, Ramechhap, on September 28, for raping a 15-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint with the District Police Office, Bhaktapur, on September 29, alleging that the accused had raped the girl on September 28. The girl underwent a health examination at Bhaktapur Hospital on September 28.
