Police arrested Tularaj Sunuwar,40 on 31 August for allegedly killing his mother Falkumari Sunuwar,65 of Bhaudi, Dudhauili Municipality-14. The accused alllegedly struck his mother on the head and chest with an iron rod during a domestic dispute on 31 August. Tularaj, who tried to flee, was arrested with the help of locals, as per SP Lal Dhwaj Subedi, Chief of Sindhuli District Police Office. The police stated that further investigation into the incident is ongoing.
