Police arrested Dipendra Kumar Yadav, 27, of Bhediyahi, Malangwa Municipality-1 on July 2 for the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on July 1, accusing him of raping the girl on May 11.
The health examination of the victim was done at the District Hospital, Malangwa on July 1.
