Police arrested Prakash Rawal 23, and Kiran Budha, 23, of Kharpunath Rural Municipality-1, Lali on June 15 for the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on June 1, stating that the accused raped the girl on May 2 at Dursanchar Marga in Simkot.
The health examination of the victim was done at the District Hospital on June 1.
