Police arrested Bikash Parajuli, 27, and Nakul Karki, 24, both of Balefi Rural Municipality-8 on June 14 for sexually abusing a 9-year-old minor. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office Barhabise on June 8 alleging that the accused sexually abused the girl on June 5.
The aggrieved party has demanded the action against the accused as stipulated by law, citing that the act has violated the right guaranteed under Article 39 of Part 3 of the Constitution of Nepal 2015 and Article 224(1) of Chapter 18 of the Criminal Code Act.
The health examination of the victim was done on June 8 at the Primary Health Care Center Barhabise.
