Police arrested Hiralal Pattharkatta,35, of Kapilvastu Municipality-11 from his residence on June 5 for the charge of attempting to rape a 37-year-old woman. The woman filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Pipara on the same day, stating that the accused attempted to rape her on June 5.
The health examination of the woman was done at the Kapilvastu Hospital in Taulihawa on June 5.
