Police arrested Gorakh BK, 22, from Bheri Municipality-9, Jajarkot currently living at Marin Rural Municipality-1, Baseri on February 21 for raping a 14-year-old girl. DSP Anil Kumar Khadka of the District Police Office, Sindhuli, stated that the accused raped the girl on the night of February 19, after calling her under the pretext of giving her the question paper. The accused is a science teacher at a secondary school in Baseribesi, Marin Municipality-1.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on February 21, alleging that the accused raped the victim on February 19. The victim underwent a health examination at Sindhuli Hospital on February 21.
