Police arrested 33-year-old Bhim Bahadur Ghartimagar of Buddhabhumi Municipality-1, Birpur on october 6 for the charge of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl . The aggrieved party filed a complaint on October 6 at the Area Police Office, Gorusinghe stating that the accused had sexually abused the victim girl on October 2.
The medical examination of the victim was done on October 5 at Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
