Police arrested 22 Chinalal Tamang of Barhabise Municipality-8 on 9 September for the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. Inspector Birendra Kumar Yadav of the District Police Office said that the aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Baharbise on the same day, alleging that the accused had raped the girl on September 8.
The health examination of the victim was done on September 8 at the Primary Health Center, Barhabise.
