Police arrested 45-year-old Ramchandra Gajurel of Uttar Gaya Rural Municipality-4 on August 1 for the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl on July 21.
DSP Keshav Bhattarai said that the aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 1 August 1 alleging that the accused have been raping the victim repeatedly for the past three years.
The health examination of the victim was done on August 1 at Rasuwa Hospital, Dhunche. District Police Office Rasuwa informed that a case has been registered against the accused under the charge of rape.
