Police arrested 33-year-old Bhushan Bogati of Bidur Municipality-7 on 7 June for the charge of raping an 11-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on June 7 alleging that the accused had raped the victim on June 6 when there was no one at home. DSP Tilak Bharati of the District Police Office informed that the accused has been arrested and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on June 7 at Trishuli Hospital.
