Aggrieved party filed a complaint against 22-year-old Bishal Bote at the District Police Office, Chitwan on 8 May for raping a 15-year girl. They first verbally informed the Police on 6 May alleging that the accused had raped the victim on the same day.
DSP Shreeram Bhandari of the District Police Office , said that the accused was arrested on 7 May as soon as the information came to light.
The health examination of the victim was done on 7 May at Bharatpur Hospital.
