The aggrieved party filed a complaint against 24-year-old Suresh Paswan of Kabilasi Municipality-8 at the District Police Office, Malangwa on May 7 for raping a 15-year-old girl.
The victim’s mother said that the accused threatened the victim and raped her on April 26.
Inspector Sangita Pandey of District Police Office Malangwa informed that the accused was absconding after the incident.
The health examination of the victim was done on 7 May at District Hospital, Malagwa.
