Police arrested a 13-year-old boy on March 8, 2024 on the charge of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl.
Rajkumar Shrestha, DSP of District Police Office Dhulikhel, said that the aggrieved party filed a complaint against the boy on 7 March at District Police Office Dhulikhel, alleging that he sexually abused the victim in the forest of Bhumlu Rural Municipality-1 Kalinchowk on the evening of 5 March while returning home from school.
The health examination of the victim was done on 8 March at Dhulikhel Hospital.
