Police arrested Bhim Bahadur Budha, 32, on February 23 for the charge of killing his 28-year-old wife Mankumari of Madi Rural Municipality-1 Jayalkhase on the same day.
District Police Office Inspector Ram Narayan Gupta said that the accused killed his wife by hitting her on the neck with a sharp weapon on February 23.
Inspector Gupta said that the accused was arrested by the police team deployed from the Area Police Office, Ghartigaon.
Budha has a 12-year-old son and five-year-old girl child . According to the locals the incident occurred during a domestic dispute.
DSP Shyam Kumar Saru Magar of the District Police Office said that the incident is being investigated with an extension of time.
The post-mortem of the body was carried out on February 24 at the District Hospital Reugha.
